Complete the online application form. You will need your UCE/UACE results, a copy of your passport, and a personal statement.

Admissions reviews your application within 5 working days. Successful applicants receive an offer letter with fee structure and intake details.

Pay Your Deposit

Secure your place with a deposit (first instalment). ADMI accepts bank transfers in KES. M-Pesa is also available for smaller amounts.

Book your flight from Entebbe to JKIA. ADMI provides a welcome guide with accommodation recommendations near campus.

Start Your Programme

Arrive in Nairobi 1 week before classes begin for orientation. You will meet your cohort, tour the campus, and set up your student pass.

Can Ugandan students study at ADMI?
Yes. ADMI welcomes students from Uganda and across East Africa. Ugandan students make up one of our largest international cohorts. You will study at our Nairobi campus with students from Kenya and other countries.
Do I need a visa to study at ADMI from Uganda?
Ugandan citizens can enter Kenya visa-free under the East African Community (EAC) agreement. For stays beyond 6 months (required for diploma programmes), ADMI assists with student pass applications through the Kenya Department of Immigration.
How much does it cost for Ugandan students?
Fees are the same for all students — KES 85,000 to KES 100,000 per semester for diplomas (approximately UGX 2.5M to 2.9M). Flexible payment plans allow you to pay in 3 instalments per semester. All fees are paid in KES.
Is accommodation provided for international students?
ADMI does not provide on-campus accommodation, but our admissions team helps international students find affordable housing near campus in Nairobi. Monthly rent for a shared apartment near ADMI ranges from KES 15,000 to KES 30,000 (~UGX 440K to 880K).
Are ADMI qualifications recognised in Uganda?
Yes. ADMI diplomas carry EU-accredited credits through Woolf University (ECTS system), making them internationally recognised. ADMI is also registered with TVETA Kenya. Graduates work across East Africa and globally.
How do I travel from Kampala to ADMI Nairobi?
Direct flights from Entebbe to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) take approximately 1.5 hours. Airlines include Kenya Airways, Uganda Airlines, and Jambojet. Bus services (Modern Coast, Easy Coach) are a budget option, taking approximately 12 hours via the Malaba/Busia border.
What qualifications do Ugandan students need?
Ugandan students are assessed on their Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) results. Generally, a pass in UCE with credits in English qualifies for diploma entry. Contact admissions for specific equivalency guidance.
When are the intake dates?
ADMI has three intakes per year: January, May, and September. The next available intake is May 2026. Apply at least 6 weeks before your preferred start date to allow time for travel arrangements.
