Africa Digital Media Institute

For employers and teams

Train your team in the skills your work now demands.

ADMI runs professional, part-time programmes in film, design, animation, sound and digital media, built so your staff keep working while they learn.

  • Evenings and part-time
  • Invoiced to your organisation
  • Individuals or team cohorts

Skills gaps do not close on their own.

Most organisations now produce their own video, design and digital content. The work has moved in house faster than the skills have. Sponsoring an existing employee is usually quicker, cheaper and more loyal than hiring for the gap.

Why ADMI

Training your finance team can justify.

Built for working people

Your staff keep working.

Professional programmes run evenings and part-time, so your team trains without stepping away from their responsibilities. No sabbaticals, no gaps in your roster.

Real equipment, real output

They train on the tools you actually use.

Students work in professional studios on industry-standard equipment, producing real output rather than exercises. Your team returns with work you can use, not just a certificate.

A recognised qualification

Credits that carry weight.

ADMI qualifications carry European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credits through our partnership with Woolf (MFHEA-licensed), recognised internationally, and ADMI is TVETA (Kenya) registered. Those credits can progress towards further study.

A track record

Connected to the industry that hires.

88% of our graduates are employed within six months, and we work with 30+ studio partners alongside 500+ alumni already working across the sector.

02

We recommend the right programme

We match your staff to a professional certificate or diploma, and the intake that fits your calendar.

03

We invoice your organisation

Sponsorship is billed directly to you, with the documentation your finance team needs.

04

Your team trains and stays productive

Evening and part-time delivery means work continues while their skills grow.

Employer questions

The practical answers.

Can we sponsor a single employee, or do we need a group?+
Either works. We regularly enrol individual sponsored staff, and we can also run a cohort drawn from one organisation where the numbers make sense.
How is payment handled?+
We invoice your organisation directly and provide the documentation your finance team requires. Payment plans across an intake can be arranged.
Will our staff need time off work?+
Our professional programmes are designed for people in employment and run evenings and part-time, so staff continue working while they study.
What qualification do they receive?+
A professional certificate or diploma carrying ECTS credits through Woolf (MFHEA-licensed), recognised internationally. ADMI is TVETA (Kenya) registered.
Can training be tailored to our organisation?+
Yes. Where a team shares a specific need, we can shape the focus and scheduling around it. Talk to us about what you are trying to achieve.

Let us scope it together.

Tell us the gap you are closing and how many people it affects. We will come back with a recommended programme, intake dates and a proposal your finance team can act on.
