What You'll Drive

  • Steer learning, student life and academic administration across the Institute
  • Coach and develop 35+ faculty and staff — huddles, one-on-ones, termly reviews
  • Convene curriculum committees to build and launch industry-relevant courses
  • Keep regulatory records and compliance checklists audit-ready, every day
  • Represent Academics to students, parents, regulators and partners

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • 7+ years in academic management, with 3+ years leading large teams
  • Working knowledge of Kenya's TVET regulatory landscape
  • A builder's instinct for systems: calendars, SOPs, performance frameworks
  • Clear, confident communication — from classrooms to the boardroom
