Frequently Asked Questions

Can I leave my KUCCPS placement for ADMI?
Yes. ADMI admits students directly and independently of KUCCPS. You do not need a KUCCPS placement to study at ADMI — and your KUCCPS status does not affect your eligibility to apply.
Is ADMI better than a KUCCPS university placement?
ADMI offers a different approach to university — hands-on, industry-focused training with mandatory internships, small class sizes (max 25 students), and an 88% employment rate within 6 months of graduation. If you want a creative career in film, design, sound, animation, or digital media, ADMI is built specifically for that path.
Do I need to decline my KUCCPS placement first?
No. You can apply to ADMI regardless of your current KUCCPS status. We recommend applying early to secure your September 2026 place while you decide on your options.
What KCSE grade do I need for ADMI?
C- or above qualifies you for our 2-year diploma programmes. D Plain or above qualifies you for our 4-month full-time certificate programmes. Our part-time evening and weekend certificates have no academic entry requirement.
Are ADMI qualifications recognised?
Yes. ADMI is registered with TVETA Kenya, and our diploma programmes carry ECTS credits as a member college of Woolf. This means your qualification meets Kenyan national standards (TVETA) and carries ECTS credits designed for portability across European higher education systems, subject to receiving institution policies.
What are the ADMI intake dates?
ADMI has three intakes per year: January, May, and September. The next available intake is September 2026. Apply at least 4 weeks before your preferred start date.
Can I transfer ADMI credits to university later?
Yes. ADMI diploma credits transfer through Woolf (ECTS-accredited), allowing you to complete a bachelor's degree in as little as 1 additional year while working.
