No. ADMI provides DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment for all practical sessions. However, having your own camera — even a smartphone — is helpful for practising between bootcamps.
The programme covers portraiture, product and commercial photography, event photography, documentary and street photography, and introduces landscape and architectural photography through elective assignments.
You complete theoretical modules and editing tutorials online through our learning platform. Practical shooting sessions are held during scheduled campus bootcamps at our Nairobi campus, typically 2–3 weekends per month.
