WHY IT MATTERS
The academic calendar is more than a list of dates — it’s the plan for your year at ADMI. Knowing when classes start, when fees are due, and when exams fall helps you balance studies with work, family, and life outside the classroom. Keep it close and refer to it often.

Enrollment deadlines are firm. Miss one and you may wait four months for the next intake. Mark them in your diary.

Three start dates per year let you choose when to begin. See how January, May, and September compare below.
THREE INTAKES A YEAR
You don’t have to wait for one annual start date. ADMI runs three intakes a year — all covering the same curriculum and leading to the same qualifications. Pick the month that fits your schedule.
Ideal for KCSE leavers finishing in November and students ready to start the year with momentum.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Common questions about intakes, deadlines, deferrals, and fees. Still unsure? Message Admissions on WhatsApp — we reply within minutes during office hours.
The academic calendar is the official schedule of our academic year. It tells you exactly when classes start, when enrollment closes, when your exams fall, and when results are released. Use it to plan your semester, avoid missing deadlines, and coordinate things like accommodation and work commitments around your studies.
Enrollment deadlines are firm. Missing them usually means waiting four months for the next intake (January, May, or September). If you are close to the deadline and have a genuine reason, contact Admissions on WhatsApp immediately — we can sometimes arrange a late registration, but space is not guaranteed.
Yes. If you have been accepted but need to delay your start, you can request a deferral to the next intake. Deferrals must be requested before the enrollment deadline of your original intake. Contact Admissions with your application number and the intake you want to defer to.
All three intakes (January, May, September) cover the same curriculum and lead to the same qualifications. The only difference is when you start. January is popular with KCSE leavers, May works well for mid-year starters, and September aligns with international academic cycles. Choose the one that fits your schedule.
Fees are split across three instalments per semester: 50% at the start of the semester, 30% at mid-semester, and 20% before final exams. Exact dates align with the term start in your intake. Visit Financial Planning for full payment plans and scholarship information.
The three-term structure is consistent, but exact dates shift slightly each year to accommodate public holidays and exam windows. Always check the current year’s calendar before making travel or work plans around your semester.
