Ndoto Imara Creative Week 2025: Conversations Shaping the Future of the Creative Economy
Day 2 of Ndoto Imara Creative Week 2025 featured focused discussions on the creative economy, bringing together visionaries, creators, investors, and policymakers to explore opportunities and strategies shaping the future of Kenya’s creative sector.
The morning sessions centred on the evolving role of creativity in economic growth, the importance of collaboration across disciplines, and the work required to build sustainable creative ecosystems. These conversations set the tone for a week designed to inspire dialogue, exchange, and action across the region’s creative industries.
Running from 17th–22nd November in Nairobi, Ndoto Imara Creative Week brings together leaders from across music, film, fashion, art, gaming, and technology to explore innovation, collaboration, and the business of creativity. The week-long programme includes masterclasses, cultural immersions, creative exchanges, and industry-led conversations that continue to unfold beyond the conference rooms.
A key highlight of the programme is the Ndoto Imara Summit: Experience & Film Talks, taking place on 18th November, featuring panel discussions, power talks, creative lounges, and The Afterglow film showcase celebrating African stories and storytelling.
